Michael Reznick worked as a Dynamics consultant specializing in ERP implementations. Mikhail realized that after his team finished implementing new platforms for their clients, there was no one left to support the platform after they walked out the door. Mikhail talked to end-users of their previous clients and found them experiencing many problems with their new ERP systems. Instead of solving problems, simplifying and automating the company, the ERP systems were creating new problems.
Michael saw the need for an support service that fixed problems encountered by end-users. He spoke with other consultants and developers in the Dynamics industry and all were in agreement that customers were in need of a ERP support service. Mikhail convinced his long time friend and tech guru Zohar to help create DynamicsResolved. After months of hard work, meetings and collaboration they built a strong network of consultants and developers in the Dynamics industry.
Today DynamicsResoved provides support for 30+ ERP implementations from corporations in all sectors.
